Once all the necessary information has been gathered and a pre-health questionnaire completed, You'll be ready to book your first session.

Your first session includes:

- A movement assessment to identify strengths and imbalances

This depends on your goals, but we generally recommend:

2-3 sessions per week for optimal progress

1 session per week for maintenance or if paired with other activities

Daily at-home movements (we provide guidance) to reinforce training

No experience is necessary! Our trainers work with beginners and seasoned athletes alike, adapting programs to your current fitness level.

Yes! Many clients experience relief from lower back pain, joint stiffness, and postural issues. By improving movement mechanics and core strength, we help alleviate pain at its root cause.
