Fundamentals- After scheduling your free trial class you will enroll in our Fundamentals program. The fundamentals program is designed to prepare you for an amazing experience from Day 1! Our 4 class program will provide you with a personalized assessment on your movement, cover the all important topics of nutrition and mobility, and teach you the basics of the movements we perform so you can do them confidently and safely. At at the end of each class you will perform a short, intense workout, and on the last class you will get to work out with the regular group class! One of our trained coaches will be with you every step of the way to teach you movements, answer questions, and ensure you get the best workout of your life.
CrossFit is a fitness program that has practical application. Everything we do in the gym is functional because it mimics movements that we make in everyday life. As a result of CrossFit training, our members are able to sustain their health and fitness over the long haul.
CrossFit incorporates weightlifting, gymnastics, sports conditioning, running, endurance training and so many other modalities. These domains allow us to create an endless variety of workouts, ensuring that fitness never becomes boring or repetitive. CrossFit’s constantly varied program makes being fit fun and our members look forward to coming to the gym each day. In addition to the psychological benefits of a varied program, the constant change in our workouts creates change in our bodies. We achieve a total fitness because of the variety of ways in which we train.
CrossFit workouts are generally short and performed at a high intensity. High intensity is a relative concept. No matter your fitness level, we are able to scale all of our workouts so that all people are able to train at a level that is challenging, yet still enjoyable for them. This high intensity training means your body is always adapting and will continue to get stronger and faster.
ENDORPHIN COMPETITION CLASS
Competitors training is geared towards experienced athletes who have aspirations of taking their fitness to the next level. This class represents the highest degree of strength, skill, and athleticism that Endorphin possesses. Athletes must “test in” – performing at a predetermined minimum level – before being accepted into the program. This class is meant to challenge and stretch the realm of possible. Individual goal setting and planning sessions will help to focus athletes and determine the work necessary to break through training plateaus and unlock your potential!
ENDORPHIN BARBELL CLASS
Have you noticed that virtually every CrossFit competition now includes at least one Olympic lift? Brute strength only gets you so far, and the best way to advance your training is to work your technique. Olympic Weightlifting is for athletes interested developing explosive power, mobility and technical skill. With an entire hour focused specifically on technique, athletes are able to dial in their lift and accelerate their performance.

If you are in chronic pain, can benefit from improved flexibility, want to bulletproof your body, or want to increase performance, this class is for you. So the class is for…everyone. Think yoga, but BETTER. We utilize all the latest techniques, from dynamic and static stretching, to assisted stretching, meditation, and breathing techniques.
