OUR PROGRAMS

AVAILABLE PROGRAMS INCLUDE:

CROSSFIT

Our regular class program at Endorphin; we combine mobility, strength, and conditioning in a 60 minute class designed to improve your overall fitness and health, while having fun!

COMPETITION CLASS

Former collegiate athlete, or experienced CrossFitter looking to compete? Test into our 90 minute Comp Class offered 2x a week with a strong focus on skill development.

BARBELL CLASS

Our Barbell Class is offered 2x a week with a strong focus on the snatch and the clean and jerk, core fundamental movements of CrossFit workouts. Learn how to move more weight efficiently in this structured, coach-led class.

Range of Motion WOD

ROMWOD is a short program designed to help our athletes improve their flexibility. The ability to move your body freely results in less injuries and chronic pain, and more efficient workouts and quicker results.

PRIVATE TRAINING

Our Private Training provides the opportunity for individualized structure and accountability you need to reach your goals. Recommended for new members, injury rehab, and high performance athletes.

NUTRITION COUNSELING

What you eat can literally save your life. At Endorphin we believe your success in the gym is largely influenced by what you do outside of the gym, including how you fuel your body. Learn how to eat for your health, performance, and body shape goals.

TRAINING TEMPLATES

Templates are the perfect option for our out-of-town members interested in following a training program designed by one of our skilled coaches. In house members can also benefit when preparing for a competition or reaching a specific goal.

ENDORPHIN FUNDAMENTALS

Program for New athletes and anyone who wishes to improve basic skills. Fundamentals Membership gives full access to Fundamental and ROMWOD classes.

UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP

Full membership with access to Fundamentals, CrossFit, Barbell, and ROMWOD classes, with option to test into Competition Class. Special rates available for family and service.

PRIVATE TRAINING

1-on-1 and Small Group packages available- perfect for new athletes, injury rehab, and competitive athletes. Highly individualized training.

NUTRITION COUNSELING
